Jiliive Terms & Conditions – Full Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Jiliive website (jiliive.ws) and all associated services. Jiliive is an online Sports Betting platform operating under an international gaming license.

These terms are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any conflict, the English version shall prevail. However, the Bengali version has been prepared as accurately as possible for the convenience of Bangladeshi users.

Jiliive reserves the right to modify, amend, or cancel these terms at any time, with or without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account on Jiliive. If proof of age is required, you will need to submit a national ID card, passport, or birth certificate. Accounts created with false information will be closed immediately and all balances forfeited.

Each person may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be closed and all associated funds will be forfeited.

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account:

• Full Name (as per National ID)
• A valid email address
• An active mobile number
• Date of Birth
• Current residential address

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password secure. Do not share it with anyone. If you suspect your account has been hacked or accessed without authorization, contact our support team immediately.

Before placing any bet on Jiliive, please read the rules specific to that sports event. All bets are final once placed and cannot be cancelled. Confirming a bet means it is binding.

For live betting, odds change in real time. If a bet is placed at incorrect odds due to a technical issue, jiliive reserves the right to void that bet. The staked amount will be refunded in such cases.

Key rules to keep in mind when betting:

• Bets must be placed before the match starts or within the designated timeframe for live markets.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, all bets placed on that event will be refunded.
• If match fixing or irregular results are suspected, Jiliive may suspend settlement of bets on that match.
• The maximum payout for a single bet is determined separately for each market.
• Accumulator bets are permitted, but winnings depend on the outcome of all selected events.

Jiliive supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Crypto. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 BDT, while the maximum varies by payment method. Visit the payment page for full details on limits.

Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT.

• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• A national ID card and selfie must be submitted for KYC verification.
• Once verification is complete, withdrawals are typically processed within 1–2 hours.
• All deposited funds must be wagered at least once (rollover requirement) — for regular deposits without a bonus, this is 1x.
• In the case of suspicious transactions, jiliive reserves the right to place the payment on hold pending verification.

Jiliive offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own terms outlined on the respective offer page. Please read those terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

The Welcome Bonus (150% on first deposit) is available to new registered members only. This bonus can be claimed once per person, device, IP address, or payment method.

• Welcome bonus wagering requirement: 10x the combined deposit and bonus amount.
• Bets placed with a bonus must have minimum odds of 1.50.
• Wager requirements must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
• If the wagering requirements are not met, both the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Jiliive platform. Any violation will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all balances:

• Creating multiple accounts for the same individual or members of the same household.
• Registering under a different identity to abuse bonus offers.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Participating in match fixing or any other fraudulent activity.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illicit fund transfer.
• Exploiting any bug or vulnerability in the system.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.

You may close your account at any time by emailing our support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before requesting account closure.

Jiliive reserves the right to close or suspend an account unilaterally for any of the following reasons:

• For violating the Terms & Conditions.
• For registering with false or incomplete information.
• KYC verification details do not match.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.
